Why not try our smokery tour experience…

Enjoy a short tour of the smokery see what goes on behind the scenes, including a brief introduction to curing and smoking methods.  Then sit down and enjoy a delicious 3-course meal including coffee or tea.  Each course containing elements of our seasonal smoked items… yes even dessert.  We have a range of local wines and beers to accompany your meal.  We now offer two options one excluding wine at £30 per head or why not include a glass of wine with both your starter and main course from the excellent Newhall vineyard (non-alcoholic option available) matched to each course for the inclusive price of £35 per head.  See a typical  menu below of a idea of what we can offer.

(Two fishcakes packed with smoked salmon and dill served with horseradish cream and crushed new potatoes in smoked butter)
