Inglewhites buffalo cheddar is bursting with flavour, smooth and with a texture not too dissimilar to parmesan. It is matured for a minimum of 6 months bound in muslin and sealed in butter to really intensify the flavour.
We smoke this over oak wood which enhances the natural flavours of the cheese whilst never overpowering it.

This cheese is perfect for crumbling on salads or simply on cracker with a little pickle or even honey.

This cheese is pasteurised and also suitable for vegetarians.
