Blue Stilton from Cropwell Bishop has a rich tangy flavour, and a velvety-soft texture that makes it melt in the mouth. Crafted carefully by hand, using methods that have changed little since the 17th Century. To develop its unique flavour, it is aged for up to 12 weeks.

We gently smoke the cheese over a combination of oak and beech wood to impart a subtle yet distinct smoky flavour that complements and enhances the complex flavours perfectly.  We never lose sight of the fact the cheese is the star.
