We use the finest quality Loch Duart salmon to produce our smoked salmon. We carefully dry cure with no artificial flavourings, additives, or preservatives our salmon before cold smoking it over a combination of oak and beech wood. Before slicing by hand. The result is smoked salmon that has a soft texture moist with wonderful smokey salmon flavour.
