We take the finest quality Loch Duart premier salmon, which we cure using traditional curing methods with no artificial flavourings, additives, or preservatives. Adding a light sprinkling of dill before gently cold smoking to firm up the flesh and ensure the smoky flavour penetrates deep inside the fish. The result is a delicious soft, moist salmon with a subtle smokiness running through but where the salmon is still the star of the show.
