Smoked Trout Hummus & Quail Egg
Homemade smoked trout hummus served with a quail’s egg on melba toasts


Smoked Parmesan  & Parsnip Soup
Roasted parsnip soup with smoked parmesan cheese

Smoked Scallop in Shell
Smoked scallop with julienne vegetables in a white wine sauce cooked in its shell sealed with pastry


Appetizer (2)
Smoked Three Cheese Rarebits & Chilli Jam
A  combination of smoked cheddar, parmesan & machengo served melting on a seeded toast with homemade chilli jam


Main Course
Partridge with Pears and Chestnut Stuffing
Roasted  partridge breast and leg served with homemade chestnut stuffing, caramelised pear, and game chips


Mulled Wine Fruits & Cinnamon Ice Cream
A delicious combination of mulled fruit inc.  figs, plums, and blackberries served with a cinnamon ice cream
